The outreach program “Dialogue Circles: Access to Public Services and Citizenship Consolidation” aims to stimulate and strengthen the formation of discussion groups about public services, constitutional rights, and the consolidation of citizenship in public elementary and high schools in the Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Area.

This program promotes the dissemination and discussion of knowledge about key national issues, formulated by some of Brazil’s greatest thinkers, through the website interpretesdobrasil.org.
